We have over 9 mail servers. Our two most common mail servers are:
mail.edge3.com and mail1.edge3.com
Therefore you would normally use mail.edge3.com as your incoming mail server and your internet access companies outgoing smtp server as your outgoing mail server. For example:(incoming) mail.edge3.com
(outgoing) smtp.comcast.net
Please check your welcome email to see which server you are on or submit a trouble ticket with your domain name asking what mail server you should use.
You can also log into your control panel and under MAIL, your mail servers are shown.
