Edge3 offers a no risk 30 day money back guarantee.
If you are not happy with our service, within 30 days of activation of your new hosting account, please contact us to request cancellation and credit for your unused services.
All cancellations under this guarantee must be submitted to our billing department using our support ticket system available here. You must include your account user name, password and the reason you are canceling your account in your ticket.
All refunds will be issued by check within 45 days of the end of your normal billing cycle. Refunds will only be issued to the billing address used to sign up your account.
Refunds are not issued for:
Setup Fees,
Extra Services,
Urchin Statistics,
I.P. addresses, bandwidth or disk space overage charges, Cold Fusion or accounts closed due to a violation of our terms of service or any other Edge3 policy.
