Privacy Policy

Information that is collected as a customer uses our systems, including account details, usernames, server usage, support information, etc. is used in the course of maintaining or upgrading our systems and of providing service to the customer.

Contact information volunteered by a user can be used to transmit relevant information to the user, or to perform services requested by the user. We reserve the right to occasionally send relevant information or news to those who volunteer their contact information. We also respect your right to Opt-out of receiving e-mail from any Edge3 Company before you become a customer. (Please see the Opt-out section at the end of this document.)

Our Customers

Information Collected

When a user or customer initiates contact with an Edge3 company via electronic means in order to establish and/or continue a business relationship, they volunteer information that we use in order to establish and maintain a positive customer relationship.

The volunteered information usually includes contact information-name, address, e-mail, phone numbers-as well as payment information. In addition to this, we may also store information on customers' communication with us, account status, server usage, support requests, and other service-usage data that is necessary to provide you with the best level of service.

Sharing of Information

Commercial Advertising, E-Mail, SPAM

We may share basic customer and user contact information-e-mail address, name, and service preferences-with selected trusted partners, allies, or third-parties to provide you with news and/or information about services, products, or programs which may be relevant to you. We do not disclose specific personal and account information-such as physical addresses, phone numbers, and billing information-to third parties.

For Legal, Security and Collection Purposes

We reserve the right to disclose all or part of customers' personal information, account information, and records of communication with any Edge3 Company or its agents, when it is determined in good faith that disclosure is needed, and/or required by law, in the following cases:

1. There is reason to believe that the disclosure of the aforementioned information can be used to identify, stop, or bring legal action against a user, customer, or any entity that is (a) in breach of our Acceptable Use Policy, (b) causing harm to or interfering with the intellectual or physical property of our networks or our users and customers, (c) is suspected f using our services to commit a crime, and/or (d) is suspected of committing a crime or being in the process of committing a crime against any Edge3 Company, its agents, or our customers.

2. As required by law.

3. As required by law to cooperate with interception orders, warrants, law enforcement information requests, and other legal proceedings, at our sole discretion.

4. As required in a good faith effort to protect legitimate legal and material interests and assets of any Edge3 Company, our agents, or our customers.

5. As required to collect a debt owed by a customer to any Edge3 Company or our agents. Collections procedures follow due processes and adhere to relevant law.

Censorship and Monitoring

We do not survey, censor, edit, or review the content of any information or communication that is stored on or transmitted through its facilities by customers or third parties. We do not engage in active surveillance of the content of any information or communication that is stored on or transmitted through its facilities by customers or third parties.

We do engage in active statistical surveillance of the communications that are stored on or transmitted through our facilities by customers or third parties in the course of regular maintenance, and in order to protect us and our users and customers from harm, including viruses and attack. No information is actively gathered about the content of communications stored on or transmitted through our network facilities.

We reserve the right to delete or block access to information that may harm any of the Edge3 Companies or our customers, or as required by law, once it is determined in good faith that said information is in violation of any of our Acceptable Use Policies, or is in violation of applicable law.

"Opt-Out" Policy

Users and customers may choose to opt out of receiving non-essential notices and/or news from any Edge3 Company and those partners, allies, and relevant third parties that are under its control by sending an e-mail to privacy@edge3.com Please indicate that you wish to opt-out of non-essential communication, and provide your name, e-mail address, and domain name if applicable.

We reserve the right to send news and/or notices that it deems vital to customers' existing accounts or services.
